Miami Art Basel is around the corner, so we are reminiscing about our favorites from last year’s show. For tickets, go to: https://www.artbasel.com/miami-beach/buy-tickets?lang=en

Urs Fischer at Kabinett

This is easy to miss, but upon closer inspection it’s a beautiful sea of fish hooks. I originally saw this artwork in Chelsea New York at Jack Shainman, and was excited to see it again in Miami.

Mel Bochner “Is This It” from Two Palms Gallery

These glazed ceramic pieces by Sharif Farrag at Francois Ghebaly were one of my favorites at the show

A stunning piece made with unconventional materials

Haven’t seen this particular Yayoi Kusama sculpture before

What the hell is going on here?

It wouldn’t be Art Basel without a healthy dose of Warhols, no complaints

The Horseman by Hans Op De Beeck

David Nolan Gallery

Spaghetti shoes

Another one of our favorites, Tom Wesselman at Gagosian
